Finance Director

A dedicated and results-oriented finance professional with 7 years of hands-on experience in auditing and financial analysis.

Steven took on his current role as Financial Director in January 2024. He leads the financial management and operational administration of the Company whilst supporting the strategic vision alongside the Managing Director.

This includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support day to day and long-term strategic decision-making.

Jeffrey is an esteemed specialist recruitment agent with 8 years experience of working with clients and candidates across a range of telecommunication sectors including fibre optic deployment, mobile tower infrastructure rollout and data centre operations.

He began his journey back in 2017, where he focussed on the telecommunications sector in Africa before moving into the European market where he honed his skill set in the DACH region.

Fuelled by a desire to forge stronger ties with clients and build a team that share his vision, he established Horizon Technology Recruitment in 2020.
