Finance Director
A dedicated and results-oriented finance professional with 7 years of hands-on experience in auditing and financial analysis.
Steven took on his current role as Financial Director in January 2024. He leads the financial management and operational administration of the Company whilst supporting the strategic vision alongside the Managing Director.
This includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support day to day and long-term strategic decision-making.

Karl-Heinz joined Horizon in early 2022. Following successful partnerships with clients and candidates in his first year, Karl-Heinz built a reputation for delivering excellence and this saw him being promoted to the position of Team Lead – Digital Infrastructure in January 2023.
As a Team Lead, collaboration with engineers, project managers, and technicians to optimize resource allocation and streamline operations is paramount for successful digital infrastructure connectivity. By staying ahead of industry trends, he has helped support and accelerate the fibre optic rollout in Germany.
Along with his insightful knowledge and transparent communication, Karl-Heinz is committed to driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and shaping the future of connectivity in Germany.

Jeffrey is an esteemed specialist recruitment agent with 8 years experience of working with clients and candidates across a range of telecommunication sectors including fibre optic deployment, mobile tower infrastructure rollout and data centre operations.
He began his journey back in 2017, where he focussed on the telecommunications sector in Africa before moving into the European market where he honed his skill set in the DACH region.
Fuelled by a desire to forge stronger ties with clients and build a team that share his vision, he established Horizon Technology Recruitment in 2020.
