Finance Director
A dedicated and results-oriented finance professional with 7 years of hands-on experience in auditing and financial analysis.
Steven took on his current role as Financial Director in January 2024. He leads the financial management and operational administration of the Company whilst supporting the strategic vision alongside the Managing Director.
This includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support day to day and long-term strategic decision-making.

Nikoletta has been focussed on the dynamic telecommunications landscape since the beginning of her career. Initially joining Horizon back in 2021 as a recruitment consultant, she transitioned into the Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator role from early 2023.
Since then, Nikoletta has been dedicated to enhancing Horizon’s brand awareness, and has leveraged her expertise in both areas to drive the growth of Horizon’s brand. By implementing effective marketing strategies and coordinating recruitment efforts, she has contributed to the company’s success in attracting top talent and expanding its reach in the industry.

Jeffrey is an esteemed specialist recruitment agent with 8 years experience of working with clients and candidates across a range of telecommunication sectors including fibre optic deployment, mobile tower infrastructure rollout and data centre operations.
He began his journey back in 2017, where he focussed on the telecommunications sector in Africa before moving into the European market where he honed his skill set in the DACH region.
Fuelled by a desire to forge stronger ties with clients and build a team that share his vision, he established Horizon Technology Recruitment in 2020.
Committed to nurturing client relationships and expanding the company’s global footprint, Jeffrey is dedicated to driving digital infrastructure and transformation initiatives forward.
