CANDIDATE REFERRAL SCHEME STRUCTURE

Application Stage

• Candidate referred received 1st stage interview request from our customer
• Candidate referred received 2nd stage interview request from our customer
• Candidate referred passed all interview stages and received a job offer and signed contract from our customer
• Referred candidate has successfully completed the mandated probation period with their new employer.

ALL REFERRALS WILL BE PAID VIA BANK TRANSFER

*Please note only applicants first placement will result in payment, any subsequent placement/interview will not be eligible for payment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 1. Scope:
      These terms and conditions apply to all participants of the referral program of Horizon Recruitment Limited, hereinafter referred to as “the Company.”

   2. Eligibility:
      Eligible participants are natural persons who are at least 18 years old and reside in Germany.

   3. Referral Process

      • Participants can recommend potential candidates by submitting their contact details via the provided form.
      • The referral will only be considered if the referred candidate contacts the Company for the first time.

   4. Rewards

      • For each successful placement of a referred candidate, the participant will receive a reward of €300.00.
      • The reward will be paid out after the successful hiring and completion of the candidate’s probation period.

   5. Exclusion from Rewards

      • Referrals of individuals who are already in the application process or who have been in contact with the Company in the last 12 months are excluded.
      • The Company reserves the right to reject referrals that violate these terms and conditions.

   6. Data Protection:
      The data of referred candidates will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Participants agree to obtain the consent of the referred individuals for the disclosure of their data before sending this information to the Company.

   7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions:
      The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

   8. Liability:
      The Company is not liable for damages arising from participation in the referral program unless there is intent or gross negligence. The Company does not assume any liability if personal data is not entered correctly. The provided email address and all personal details must be accurate to ensure proper notification in the event of a reward payout.

   9. Miscellaneous:
      The Company will be released from all obligations upon delivery of the reward. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Horizon Referral Program at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. Legal recourse is excluded.
