Horizon began in 2020 as a specialist technology recruiter in Hong Kong. Six years on, we're a global search partner operating across Europe, Asia and the Americas — built around deep expertise in the technologies reshaping how the world connects.

Today the Horizon Group brings together three capabilities that work as one: specialist search, transformation consulting through Henza, and El Jefe, our proprietary AI sourcing engine. Whatever the mandate, our job is the same — to connect the right people with the right opportunity.
